MaeBlack LLC provides dispatching services for carriers in the trucking industry. Our services include load management, negotiation with brokers, dispatch training, and administrative support.
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due within 48 hours upon completion of the dispatched load. We accept payment via Factoring Company, Credit Card, Zelle, and PayPal. Failure to make timely payments may result in termination of services unless otherwise discussed with MaeBlack LLC.
Service Level Agreement
We strive to provide efficient and reliable dispatching services to our clients. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of loads or the success of every dispatch. Our service level agreement is subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, market fluctuations, and third-party actions.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and text, are the property of MaeBlack LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MaeBlack LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, damages to equipment, loss of data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaeBlack LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or violation of these terms and conditions.
